I really enjoyed my room. It was very quiet and clean I got a goodnight rest before having to drive eight hours home and the attendant and the guest was really nice and helpful cause I was new to the area. Everyone look out for me as I unload my car cause it was dark. So I have to said it was a really great experience so if you get a chance or go that way stop in and spend the night. They also have breakfast. Thank you guys at the Quality Inn in Warsaw

When arrived the check in was a pleasant experience. Rooms were clean enough but could have been cleaned a little better. Towels and wash clothes were dirty. That is why I bring my own towel and wash clothes because of those factors. I gave it 2 stars because 1 particular thing is the breakfast was horrible. The experience I saw you might as well not serve any breakfast at all. The area was not cleaned and everything was dirty including the serving materials. Breakfast needs more options period. For the price of the room breakfast can be way better. I had to drive to nearest city to actually have a good breakfast. Second thing is the pool. The hotel says there is a pool but pool is not even open. That was the whole reason for me booking there because of the pool. Something needs to be done. But overall the staff was very professional and the manager was great. I wouldn't mind staying here again as long as those things above that I mentioned are fixed.

Be very careful when booking this Casual Hotel. You book a room , then when you arrive, you fine you have booked two rooms. They will not let you cancel or even accommodate you with an extended stay. They will tell you take it up with Choice and Choice will tell you to take it up with the hotel. I have found that this has happened often to others also. My advice, stay away! Room was clean but hallways' are filthy. Pool closed and covered. One plus, there was a nice continental breakfast.

The hotel conditions were abhorrent. The smell of mold and mildew in the room was horrific. The bed sheets were dirty and the towels were dingy and yellow. The microwave was broken and filthy. The flooring was badly damaged throughout the building. The health department and building inspector of the county should do an inspection of the premise. No one should stay in this hotel. The hotel staff did as best as they could to make us comfortable and very apologetic.

The room was nice & clean. All was very comfortable. The elevator was not working so a bit of an inconvenience. The staff I encountered were kind & friendly. The breakfast was a little lacking. There was no fruit in the bowl. The syrup hadn’t been filled. The water appeared to have been from the day before. No ice in the container & water was room temp. Waffle was tasty! Overall good stay. Will stay again if in the area.
